I think the bonsai plant is even older than me and any of my brothers !
Exams are officially over, done with PTs, MOCK, EDC, Finals ..
My ACCA journey happened so fast, it's like a short break for 2 weeks and back for a new semester since Jan of 2008 that I didn't really stop for anything. I have been taking the recommended combination papers every semester
(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5)
(T6, T7, T8, T9) then
(F4, F5, F6)
(F7, F8, F9)
to (P1, P2, P3) and lastly my optional papers ( P5, P7)
So far so good, straight passes and hopefully my last two papers.
I don't care if you give me a pitiful 50 marks for the papers just let me move on with my life.
No doubt the optionals was tough (DUH, it's the last papers already, ok stupid comment) and I guess it kinda caught me off-guard that it could be so difficult, no kidding !
So future optional paper takers - ensure you are ready to face the examiner no matter how WTH the questions can be (sometimes you wonder what you studied from the book can actually be applied or useful) . Another word of advice which I think all of us learnt was never to take 2 subjects lightly, no doubt the number of classes are relaxing (2 or 3 days a week?) but don't over slack to the point of no return. Act wisely ! =)
And now with the end of exams, I'll just have to wait for February 21st 2011 for the results.
On a happier note, I'm employed already.
Went for interview and signed the employment offer during my revision week.
Will enjoy my holidays before the commencement of work next year.
