This modern show is pure evil !
I couldn't believe it for myself that tvb dared to showcase this show
[you know they have to put shows to show good example - no divorce, etc]

But this .. let me tell you what happen ~
1. Jee Ko's dad commited suicide (Jump down the high building)
2. Heung Ming who solved a gambling case got murdered by the sister's convict
3. Ching nearly get raped
4. The attacker that nearly raped ching murdered her dog that tried to protect her
5. Leo's father murdered Leo
6. And many more ... As episodes pass I was so intense I had to finish the show !

I expected like 50/50
But who cares pass already good enough
I got 45/50 (psss passing is 42)
Makes me wonder where I went wrong ...hmmm
Nvm, SY is happie and relieved now

When i reach the driving school , nobody ! i mean nobody
Till i saw gerard - i thought he came for breadfast
then he was waiting too - confirm with me XD

When we reached SS15, the place haven open and
WE WAITED ONE BLOODY HOUR TO OPEN ...
malaysian .. haizz while waiting my neighbour firdaus came too =D
and later kimberly ..
I was like yay !!! But then we waited like an hour ++ again to sit the exam
We just talk talk talk - and took the photo for 'L" =D

I sit my exam next to kim - wah the room so quiet and cold
I hold mouse also chilling ..so cold hehe
The other people take quite a long time
Me-gerard-kim took less than 20 mins to finish the paper

"Maiden's Vow" is about the four generations of women who have benefitted their family restaurant, House of Phoenix.

I basically love this show. I finish the entire 30 episodes in one day (yesterday)
It's a really fresh and new kinda show for a long time
since tvb always show the I-Know-What-Will-Happen show !
I basically give it 5/5
I laughed, I cried, I was touched, I was blown away ......

Since this show is about 4 generations of woman played by
Charmaine Sheh and Joe Ma - I will divide the story into 4
I basically love the great-grandmother & great-grandaughter story best !!!!

The story started off with the 4th generation meaning the great- grandaughter telling back the story starting from her great-grandmother

The first generation is in the Qing dynasty. This generation started off with Ngai Ju Fung (Charmaine) and Yue Chi (Joe) being born on the same day. When the two of them were children, they met each other and became friends. Years later, when they were adults, Charmaine was forced to marry Wong Yuk Lun (Sammul) and Chi left to be an apprentice for a famous chef. Although the family Fung married into is wealthy, their wealth did not last because Lun, the spoiled son, was tricked by his uncle and his "girlfriend". So Fung and her family had to survive by opening a restaurant, House of Phoenix, with Chi, who came back from his journey. When House of Phoenix opened, the restaurant was a sucess, but House of Phoenix and its owners faced trouble when war hits and new ideas arrived, along with drugs such as opium.

The costumes in this generation was really pretty
Her wedding gown was grand.
Sadly the day she even got married, was already a day in hell

You know her husband was late for the wedding cause he was busy gambling and he even brought a prositute home and let her stay there cause he was the only son and woman had no say in anything Joe offered to work as a chef in her house to be by her side After they turn poor, Charmaine didn't leave the family

The husband did turn good back but he went to opium ... haizz Charmaine was the one handling the fussy family and hectic restorant. Thank god Joe was by her side all the time [remain as her good friend] I hated the ending of this part, the japanese attacked the train charmaine was in - joe came looking for her but was injuried. Charmaine was involved in a bombing but survived. They were crawling to each other. Before they even touch - both died Which is so sad =(

The second generation is set in the 1920s, a time when Japan tried to take over China. Wong Jee Gwan (Charmaine), daughter to Fung, met Li Gat Cheung (Joe), her teacher, and fell in love with him. However, her family objects and Cheung already had an arranged marriage. The two eloped to Tianjin, but they had little money and so Cheung had to work as a miner. The two had to separate when Cheung fled from Tianjin for protesting for miners. Gwan then went back to House of Phoenix to help her grandmother run the restaurant. Cheung came back two years later, but as a supporter of Japan and he helped a Japanese woman take over House of Phoenix. But it turns out that Cheung was a revolutionary who was secretly spying on Japan. Unfortunately, the Japanese found that out and Cheung had to run away again.

Once again I hate the ending cause they had to be apart,
however I like the part they made love at the back of the train =D

In the 1960s, (third generation) Fung's great-granddaughter, Bak Wai Jan (Charmaine), is a housewife. Bored of being a housewife, Jan worked secretly because her husband, Dai Lap Yan (Joe), does not allow her to work. Jan's boss developed feelings for Jan and tried to break Yan's and Jan's marriage. His plan worked and Yan and Jan had a divorce. Jan decided to reopen House of Phoenix again and when she had troubles, Yan helped her and since then the two of them worked together to make House of Phoenix as sucessful as it was before.

This generation story was boring boring. So I skip most of it
However they way they talked was very funny XD

In the modern times (fourth generation) , Dai Sze Ga (Charmaien) and Fong Ga On (Joe) met and fell in love. They lived together, but later broke up because of their differences. Ga then met an old boyfriend and he encourages her to reopen House of Phoenix. Ga had troubles opeing House of Phoenix because her ex-boyfriend was framed and so she decided to open Phoenix Private Kitchen.

Modern world sugar ! XD

While opening Phoenix Private Kitchen, she was pregnant with On's baby. At the time, On went to Shanghi to rebuild his career. About one year and ten months later, he came back and was celebrating the recovery of his career and his sucessful project in Shanghi. He met Ga again and met his baby also when she was celebrating the success of her new book at the same resturant. At the time, Ga did not tell On that the baby was his, but he later found out. After refusing a few times, Ga finally let On in on his baby's life. On still had feelings for Ga and Ga's friend, who is a homeosexual and played by Sammul, likes On. On one unfortunate night, the three of them knew about each other's feelings and they were all feeling down. Not only that, but there is an upcoming competition for chefs to win the jaded chopsticks that were from the Qing dynasty and House of Phoenix is competing in it.

You know she tried the wedding gown for fun
and she say loud in there "Only stupid people get married"
And there was Joe with his fiance XD

I personally love Joe playing this Ka On best !

Good Day ~ Good Day ~

Took the "undang" course today in shah alam
In case you guys still blur what "undang" I'm talking,
It's the law for driving =P (a lot of people ask me what undang I talking)
Wish me luck for this friday's exam. I MUST PASS !
Didn't know my neighbour took it too. At least got someone that I know ~
When I reach there, I saw Jia Jun (Mah there is) walking around

then I greated Jia Jun.
When I enter the class, Jia Jun was there yay !
In the end , I sat next to him and my neighbour
Met a girl call adelin [college girl from taylor] =)

Jia Jun : He can drive already la !
SY : really ?
Jia Jun : He drives to school !
SY : Owh ya, I always greet him everything he parks his car XD

Yesterday was so far a very good shopping day for me !
Ages since I shop A LOT ..
Usually I'll come back empty handed , well now empty
mostly food, food and more food !

To avoid no parking and jam in malls (you know malls ..)

Went Jusco - saw my cousin with my other cousin. They were shopping too =)
Bought a black top from Harajuku (Jusco's funky expensive brand)
Their dresses are all so young but the price gone
Walking aorund - saw it. I was like this looks nice
So after discount, It was like 30 bucks. Looks good to me
Now please say I can fit inside it.
It's always either too low cut or too tight at the *ahem*

Woot .. Can fit - Yes, I paid them myself XD
I rather wear all this than t-shirt tops
That make me feel .. ummm happier ? more confident ? sexier ? wth
Stock market got make money before mah,

Went Vincci - saw my ex-koperasi & schoolmate,
Suet Mum who shifted school 2 years ago.
I always have no luck in Vincci.
Size 5 is too tight and size 6 is too big.
So I went Esarli once again, and poof - another black shoe
since my white & pink stripe shoe dying soon
the other time I walk from huey's to ching's house. I step a very long nail
Went I come back, have take it out with a hammer @@
Since then, the shoe a bit shakky ...
So that shoe cost me 50 bucks ..

I always love shoes that make me feel sexy
stripy shoes are the one !
I don't like lala shoes and court shoes make my feet look very small
flip-floops make me wanna fall - which I did once !
So i only buy stripy shoes ...

But i have dry skin - runs in the family

Followed mum to Metrojaya. She bought 2 nice tops [she's happy too XD]
I saw cheap necklace
[u know metrojaya is the best place to get nice necklace from price like 10 bucks ? lolx]
But I have like A LOT already .. hehe
I only buy those like god dammit must have !
Currently eyeing on purple necklace [I have all other colours except purple]
But I want it to be chunky not too simple ... and not expensive !
Instead, I bought 2 nice hairclips -
since my other black one my mum gave me never stays on my hair
Clip edi, few seconds drop already.
Pretty expensive but since it's quality and these things are never cheap
I bought 2 since 1 cost 10 and 2 cost 15 XD
