~ How I gotten into the show ~

Sweet spy was a show I recently finish watching. Thanks to my friend for downloading it for me. On wednesday I watched the whole series from 7 p.m to 6 a.m the next day :P Let me tell you every detail I know about this show.After DBY ended,I kinda had no shows to watch since I've watched the onces on tv before.Then a show call "Sorry, I love you" which took over DBY kinda ending soon,they were promoting sweet spy. I was watching then I saw dennis in it.Note : I didn't know his name or anything about the show :notice He look 'fine' =P Then I knew, I had to watch this show {since it looks good}ok,was lying-I just wanted to watch the show for the hottie guy I spotted ! Went online to do some research on the show & found out the hottie was Dennis Joseph O'Neil. Since then, he was my dream guy. Think a lot of you guys gonna vomit blood hearing me !

~Synopsis~

A traffic patrol officer Lee Sun-ae (Nam Sang-mi), the widow of police officer Kim Minook who got killed in a framed car-accident two years ago, finds herself suddenly immersed into an international espionage by Han Yoo-il (Dennis Oh), an undercover agent disguised himself as a successful entrepreneur. Mr. Han, hired by Japanese Black Dragon, stole a ballpen, from Russian Mafia, which contains Korean peninsula and East Asian political and military top secrets. Kang-Jun (Lee Joo-hyun) recently transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department and becomes Sun-ae¡¯s boss. Park Eun-joo (Yoo Sun), born in a distinguished family, hidden her political ambitions, joined the same Criminal Investigation Department immediately after Kang Jun. Ms. Park graduated from the same Police Academics as Kang Jun did and courted him for over ten years. Kang Jun opens an old case involving Sun-ae's late husband that leads him to an entanglement between the current Korean political/economic powers and their dirty secrets. He soon finds himself in an embarrassing situation involving his own father who warned him to drop the case, and conflicts with Han Yoo-il, who fell in love with Sun-ae before he had to a chance to confess his own feeling to her.

~Review on the cast ~

She married a young police officer, Kim Minook, but shortly after their marriage he died in a questionable car accident. Soon Ae ends up becoming a special recruit police officer but soon finds that making a living on her own is not too easy. After accidentally stepping on the edge of the First Lady skirt ,she gets moved to a neighborhood public security center where she gets harassed by drunks, goes around looking for runaway teens, and get bruises here and there trying to help solve domestic disputes. She has a very troublesome life but she works very hard never to forget her duties as a police officer.

My very own opinion :

When I first saw her in the show, I knew she's gonna be the 'blur type' case. haha. she's not the "leng lui" that makes guys go 'wow' but when she's on proper makeup, she looks pretty. like the real beauty one. I just found out that I'm same height as her. So I guess I won't look that bad with dennis someday.haha {I feel I'm the shorty}. Her spy name is koala. damn cute. Dennis calls her koala not soon-ae. "Hey koala, good night !"

likes : Her acting skills are great especially her crying scenes. It touches the viewers.
dislikes : How blur, stupid and careless she can be !

A character with an unknown identity who has nothing but money suddenly appears out of nowhere as a person who has great funding powers from a non-banking sector. There are many rumors going around about him because everything about him, starting from where he was brought up and what he did in the past, is hidden. He can speak English, Japanese, French, German, Russian and 2 third world languages, and he has information about anyone he needs to know about. His one and only hobby is boxing till he sweats, and this, after coming back from trips to Tokyo, Singapore, and Hong Kong. As the curiosity grows of what actually is behind the curtains of this great spotlight, fame, wealth and soft smile, he meets Soon Ae again, after getting a speeding ticket, at a sparring ring. After seeing her again a little fire of love lights his dim heart.

My very own opinion :

When they were promoting the show, he keep saying "my pen ! my pen !" which is kinda weird. From the very start, Dennis played a cool-gorgeous-charming-smart-sweet guy. From the 1st episode I knew I'm gonna get charmed by him. I also felt pity for his tragic life in the story being trained up as a spy since young.

likes : everything about him !
dislikes : the ending where he was shot twice and fell down the sea. the show ended where soon-ae receive a call with the id of his real name > indicating he is still alive. I'm happy knowing he didn't die in the end but it still feels weird.

He is a very hard worker; studying and working at the same time he makes it into the police college. This guarantees him a secure future and also exempts him from paying tuition. He graduates with exemplary grades and stands out among his classmates with his outstanding skills in solving cases which gets him promoted as a police captain early on in his career. He is a very lonely person who is frighteningly cold-hearted, doesn't let his feelings be shown nor does he let others come into his heart. But one day he meets the troublemaker police officer Soon Ae who starts to melt his heart.

My very own opinion :

Think his popularity in this show is kinda low since there is another hottie in the show. {sorry lee ..better luck next time}. His character is what I would call "brave" fighting for justice and not afraid of people of higher status.

Likes : His "brave" spirit

Dislikes : You know he fought with Dennis twice. He got injuired too but dennis was blue-black twice. Ouch. ..i feel da pain. Bad Kang Jun ! kekekke

She is born the eldest of a family from which many of Korea's best police officers were born. As a child she got all sorts of special education and was brought up not knowing any hardships. She is the most intelligent and talented woman ever to graduate from the police college. Its hard to believe that her feelings toward Kang June are truly love but one thing for sure is that she can not let someone take the most popular and best officer away from her. But just when she thought Kang June was all hers his heart starts to move toward the preposterous Lee Soon Ae! Just watching her going ahead and solving cases before any orders come down from the investigators stirs up great hatred inside Eun Joo's heart. Eun Joo becomes more of a wicked character as she rebukes each and every case Soon Ae is involved in to Kang Jun and even puts her into great danger. Soon after, Eun Joo herself gets into a great accident.

My very own opinion :

I don't know why but when she make her 1st apperance in the show, she was referred as "such a babe" till all the criminals and policeman got attracted to her. I don't find her that gorgeous to be honest. And I really hated how she bullied soon-ae. she SCREAMS a lot in the show. gosh she's worse than ching or pn.chong {serious}. the behind the scenes, when she screams like that, the crew would laugh real badly.

Likes : Her fighting skills
Dislikes : Her scream ..ahhh

Trip to Ipoh-Taiping-Penang Part 3

Finally the last part, let's get this thing done !
The last day basically just going back home from taiping .
Before I left my uncle's place & wait for my mum to do some 'final packing',
took some photos around the garden.
cause my uncle renovated the place, he don't rare anymore chickens edi
if not last time those chickens were so small, fat & cute !

Who say taiping no nice flower to take photo !!!

Although my uncle don't rare anymore chickens, everymorning I will hear the chicken noise
so I went around the houses looking for chicken 'sounds dumb right' 'pok ! pok !'
Finally I found 2 chickens. At first I saw the chicken from behind (it's backside)
I thought it was a duck.
then I say why my 8th uncle put a duck & a chicken together.
haha ..later only i realise 'both are chickens'.

Trip to Ipoh-Taiping-Penang Part 2

Day 2 [taiping - penang - taiping]
While waiting for everybody to get ready, took photos around the house.

World Smallest Pineapple ?

Me and my cousins
[hah, I'm the only cousin that dunno how to drive that day]

ate some kinda mee - something like har mee/wantan mee [mix breeed edi ..]
only like 1.20 a bowl unlike kl everything 3/4 bucks each !
after that,
head off to penang from taiping which is around an hour ...

pass by lots of paddy fields....

Finally reach Penang there already, the toll gate.
I'm like so excited like those silly young little girls never leave home before.
according to family, I've been to penang when I was around 2 years old
[too young to remember anything][I don't recall eating asam laksa that time]

After we visited my cousin, we left our aunties and my mum in his house
[they're giving good advice]
[my cousins and uncles getting bored decided to walk around penang] [thank god I remember to bring my camera in hand]
We walk around his place. Lots of church around there and near the penang highcourt which was underconstruction. We even saw Karpal Singh's office. FOund the seaside so we just chill and enjoy the view. And the wind was blowing - gosh so syoking wei !!! I could sit there whole day !

After siting there quite sometime, we headed back home and talk ..talk ..talk
then realise my 2 uncles missing. they ended up in a famous indian restaurant
you know banana leaf rice started in penang ? they station there ....
so the whole gang ended up eating banana leaf rice there !
[there goes my asam laksa, rojak, har mee & char kuew tiau]

And before I left home, I ask my mum hold the camera for me cause i went toilet.
She pass it to my dad and kept inside the car. So all the good food scenes are MIA

My cousin just show me the famous food street [some name in hokkien]
wah ..there got all the food there. .. like the food heavan street
full of people .. in the middle of the 120 degrees heat.
and we were too full to eat anything more.
my cousins had to go back to taiping for some christmas eve celebration
so by evening, everybody had to leave penang for good !
and what i regret the most were I DIDN'T GET MY PENANG ASAM LAKSA !!!
and my uncle still can say "subang jaya also got sell penang asam laksa"

We decided since we came through the bridge .. should go back using the ferry
my father "must bring this kampung girl sit ferry" >> I'm from kl (cougH)
but of course I wanted to sit ferry ... never try it before
actually I did but I can't recall anything.


When I was inside the ferry, everybody went upstairs [including me]
everybody was siting down except me
moving infront to behind the ferry - up and down
everybody looking at me "this girl with her camera"

After that, head off to taiping !

Trip to Ipoh-Taiping-Penang Part 1

Wosh, that's a long title !
Took around 170 photos {thank god I bring my camera}
main purpose was to visit my cousin in penang but we stop by to visit many many relativies on the way. {my cousin has early stage of cancer}
{went there to visit him and give support}
We stop by in 3 diff places & there is just too many photos I wanna show y'all.
so I'll divide this chapter to 3 parts =)
have fun.
and I must say "I'm satisfy with my photography skills" haha

Day 1 [kl to ipoh to taiping]
incase you guys are blur [ipoh and taiping is in perak]

we stop by my uncle's place to pick him up.
While waiting, I was outside taking some intresting photos around.
Start my job. {snap,snap,snap}

Introducing Shaggy

Breed : Mix breed
Shaggy was found in the drain by my cousin. [swimming in the drain ah ?]
my cousin then took him up and take care of shaggy [how nice huh]
every cny, shaggy will cut grooming service =)
now shaggy is 16 years old .. walking very slow .. can see it's a old dog
[hey,shaggy is as old as ME !!!]

Alright .. now from pj, we're on the way to ipoh which take around 2 hours.

Early part, I was taking photos around. snap snap snap
and traffic jam !

Cars were moving really slow and I started to get bored edi !
ended up sleeping cause the night before I slept at 3.30 am
woke up at 7 am - yes, watching sweet spy {dennis oh ....}

I'm not saying you're a cow, ching .. hhahah

fINALLy after sitting on the car for 2 hours, we reached ipoh !
head on to aunt's house for lunch.

When my aunt talks about durian,
I know my mum sure gonna buy durian again to eat [she loves durian]
true enough, she bought 5 in the end @@
I didn't touch the durian at all not to say I hate durian,
I just don't fancy eating it !
besides later stuck all over my braces, takes some time to clean...haizz
I just ended up taking photos still =) [resist the power of durian]

and even my niece having flu + cough, she still can't resist durian !
she take a piece of durian while drinking her milk [so nice meh ?? ]
btw her name is callie .. but when u call it's ka yee
[anywayz, that's ka-yee's eng name]

Look at my niece eating durian while holding her bottle milk !
then later she ask me in mandrin
'jie jie, can u hold the bottle for me ? I wanna wash my hand 1st'
I was like owh ... ok
[she is only 3 and she can speak better mandrin than me =P]
[thank god at least I understand what she said]

Have no idea what is it's real name
but if you translate it from chinese to english
this plant is call 'monkey jug'

Around 4, left Ipoh for Taiping [journey around 1/2 hour]
pass by some places , took photo again.
In the car, holding my camera ready to take anything intresting I see.

Here is what I notice ...
chinese dude will take a glance of me then look somewhere else
those malay motorcyclist will continue looking at me and start to pose
[they thought I wanna take their photo -_-"]
[sorry dude, I only have 180 photos to limit - find another girl]

The jusco in Ipoh. It's as big as midvalley !

When we reached Taiping, we headed to my 7th auntie's place.
wah, we reach there like monkey land.
There were like 15+ monkeys hanging around.
Cause my aunt's house facing a moutain/hill behind,
all of the monkeys hang around there looking for food.
they steal food and eat some plants up.
My aunt told me last time she dry her big soup pot outside,
those crazy monkeys go steal it.
the next day it's high up the moutain/hill there.

Of course this is interesting, so I took my camera off.
I hang my camera around my neck,
later scard the monkey go steal it and go take pic !
The moment they saw my camera, everybody runaway
it's either they thought I wanna throw my camera at them or shy shy !
so most of the shots are far shots that I zoom in.
