When to wear them ?

Ahhh, fishcake !!!!

I'm dying to wear black tights somewhere. .. anywhere ! lolx
Somehow the only thing that matches it perfectly is my black dress

But I would be looking 'over-dress' in college.
Seems I'll be going to a party or something,
but that is the only place I can wear them do because the air-cond is freezing cold lol

Realize you either wear any colour not related to black on top,
or a short black dress,
and the black tights with a black low heels,
Is HOT !
